Makesha joined Brevard Skin and Cancer Center in September 2007. In 1999, she received her Physician Assistant certificate of completion from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Makesha is certified to administer Botox and Restylane and has performed all aspects of dermatology are including biopsies and minor surgeries
